1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Preloved Luxury Boutique website and any purchase arranged through WhatsApp, Instagram, telephone or another agreed communication channel. By using the website or confirming a purchase, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility and website use
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, to confirm a purchase. You must not attempt to interfere with the website, gain unauthorised access, misuse product content or use automated tools in a way that affects the website.
3. Product information and condition
Items may be new or pre-loved. Product pages describe the brand, model, condition, colour, size, inclusions and availability using the information reasonably available to us. Pre-loved items may show normal signs of age, storage or use. Customers should review every photograph and request additional images or condition information before confirming a purchase.
4. Authenticity and verification
Verification information is available for the listed products where stated. Customers may request the available verification details before purchase. Where a separate third-party authentication service is requested, any applicable timing or fee will be communicated before proceeding.
5. Prices, availability and reservations
Prices are displayed in Qatari riyals (QAR). Availability can change at any time because each piece is generally unique. An enquiry does not reserve an item. A reservation becomes effective only after the boutique confirms it in writing and any agreed deposit is received. Reservation deposits, periods and cancellation conditions will be confirmed before payment.
6. Orders and payment
Orders are completed directly with the boutique rather than through an online checkout. Accepted payment methods are cash or card. The boutique may request identification or additional verification for fraud prevention or high-value transactions. An order may be refused or cancelled where an item is unavailable, a listing error is discovered, payment cannot be verified or unlawful activity is suspected.
7. Collection and delivery
Collection or delivery arrangements, charges and estimated timing will be agreed with the customer before the sale is completed. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information. Delays caused by events outside the boutique’s reasonable control may affect estimated delivery times.
8. Returns and exchanges
Our detailed Returns and Exchange Policy forms part of these terms. Change-of-mind sales are generally final unless the boutique agrees otherwise in writing. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law in the State of Qatar.
9. Intellectual property
The boutique’s website design, written content, original photographs and boutique logo may not be copied, republished or commercially used without written permission. Third-party brand names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Third-party services and links
The website may link to WhatsApp, Instagram or other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or content.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the boutique is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, service interruptions or reliance on information that the customer did not ask us to verify. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Qatar. We may update them when our services, operating practices or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page.
